Already booked at Bones & Harmony in Abbotsford? Add a guided trail hike to your dog’s daycare day — we collect them, take them on trail, and return them before pick-up.

Small Group Weekday Hikes
Not with Bones & Harmony? We run standalone small-group weekday hikes for dogs in Melbourne’s eastern and northern suburbs on select dates. Places are limited — book early.

- Duration: Approx. 1–2 hours on trail
- Group size: Small — places are limited
- Booking: Required in advance — enquire to secure a spot
Bones & Harmony Daycare Add-On
OPTION 1: DAYCARE ADD-ON
Dogs already booked into a daycare day at Bones & Harmony in Abbotsford can add a guided trail hike with Outdoor Hounds. Your dog gets the best of both worlds — the routine and care of daycare, plus real time out on the trail with an experienced handler. We collect your dog from daycare, take them on trail, and return them before end of day. Simply book a daycare day at Bones & Harmony and add the hike at the time of booking.

- Where: Local trails in and around Abbotsford & surrounds
- Duration: Approx. 1–2 hours on trail
- Group size: Small groups — typically 4–6 dogs

- What to bring: Their regular daycare kit with lead and any items Bones & Harmony require. We take care of the rest.
How It Works — Daycare Add-On
(1) Book a discounted* daycare day at Bones & Harmony in Abbotsford.
(2) Add a Weekday Hike at the time of booking.
(3) We collect your dog from daycare, take them on trail, and return them — you pick up at end of day as normal.
How It Works — Small Group Weekday Hikes
(1) Get in touch with Outdoor Hounds to ask about upcoming weekday hike dates in your area.
(2) Reserve your place — group sizes are small and dates fill up, so early booking is recommended.
(3) Drop off your dog at the meeting point on the day, and pick them up happy and tired after the hike.
*A discounted daycare rate applies when you also purchase the Hike add-on.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can my puppy join?
All dogs must have up-to-date C5 vaccinations and be over 6 months. For more active hikes, 12 months+ recommended.
What’s the bad weather policy?
A little rain never stopped us! Events cancelled in thunderstorms, hail, or torrential rain. No hikes in weather over 26°C; extra caution on days over 20°C.
Do I need to be a Bones & Harmony client?
No — we offer two options. The Daycare Add-On is exclusively for dogs already booked into daycare at Bones & Harmony in Abbotsford. Our Small Group Weekday Hikes are available to all clients in the eastern and northern suburbs on select dates. Get in touch to find out about upcoming availability.
